JUSTIN HAYNES
I am chiefly a guitarist usually working in long-form improvisation, composition and/or song forms with musicians of all stripes. In addition to various electric and acoustic guitars I have a bent for using other instruments including tenor banjo, soprano ukulele, mbira, melodica, and various electronic noise makers including small lights.

As a composer I am concerned with levity, time, space, good humor, and death and have plied this trade for several groups in Canada and America. I pride myself on being a "versatile” musician and have thusly enjoyed the company of folklorists and firebrands and enjoy equally the roles of sideman, interpreter, face-man or killer as is evidenced by my diverse and engaging web presence.
